Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services. By engaging with Smile Foreign Education (SFE), you agree to be bound by these rules, which govern our relationship with you regarding your study abroad applications.
Scope of Services
SFE provides consultancy for overseas education, including university selection, application processing, and visa guidance. We act as a bridge between the student and the educational institution.
Student Responsibility
Students must provide 100% authentic and original documents (Academic transcripts, Passports, Bank statements). SFE is not liable for any consequences arising from the submission of fraudulent or forged documentation.
Third-Party Decisions
Please note that the final decision regarding University Admission or Visa Approval rests solely with the respective University or Embassy/Consulate. SFE does not guarantee admission or visa issuance.
Fees & Refunds
Consultancy fees paid to SFE are for services rendered and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. University application fees and visa fees are paid to third parties and are subject to their specific refund policies.
Intellectual Property
The content on smiledu.in and its subdomains, including logos, text, and marketing materials, are the property of Smile Foreign Education and are protected by copyright laws.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
